When you buy used, “clean” or “good condition” can mean anything. We remove the guesswork by grading every phone against a clear standard and showing that grade on every product. We only sell Grade A and Grade B, and we never sell cracked-glass or low grades.
Grade A and Grade B, in plain language
Grade A is flawless to excellent. The phone looks close to new, with at most a few faint marks you would only see on close inspection. All key functions are tested.
Grade B is lightly to visibly used. You may see blemishes on a quick look, the kind of normal wear a phone picks up in daily life. All key functions are tested. Grade B is the value tier. It is not a “bad” phone. It is a tested phone that costs less because it shows honest use.
How our grades map to the industry standard
We source from US wholesale stock graded to a professional industry standard, using only the top smartphone grades.

We do not sell C, RC, cracked glass, or any secondary grade for customer phones. If a phone does not meet Grade A or B, we do not list it.
What “tested” means here
Before a phone ships from the US, we record:
- IMEI status, checked so the device is not blacklisted
- Activation Lock removed, so it is not tied to another Apple ID
- Battery health, shown as a percentage
- Cosmetic grade, A or B, against the standard above
About refurbished parts
These are refurbished phones, not brand new. Every phone is tested for all key functions and graded for cosmetics. Some refurbished units may contain non-original or aftermarket replacement parts, such as a replaced battery or screen. We tell you this plainly because honesty is the point of buying from a graded supplier instead of the street. What we promise is what we verify: the phone powers on, the IMEI is clean, iCloud and Activation Lock are removed, the battery health is recorded, and the cosmetic grade is accurate. If a covered fault shows up, our returns and warranty has you covered.
Why we exclude low grades
A cheaper cracked or C-grade phone is a false economy. It is more likely to fail, harder to repair, and more likely to hide a deeper problem. We would rather sell you a tested Grade A or B phone at a fair price than a cheap phone that lets you down. That is the whole point of buying from a graded supplier instead of the street.
Where you see the grade
Every shop card and every product page shows Grade A or Grade B clearly. The underlying industry code (A1 to B2) is kept in our records for our own checks. You always know the grade before you buy.

Our pre-ship inspection checklist
Every phone is checked in the United States before it ships. We record:
- IMEI status, confirmed clean and not blacklisted
- iCloud and Activation Lock removed, so it is not tied to another Apple ID
- Power and key functions tested
- Battery health, noted as a percentage
- Cosmetic grade, A or B, against the standard above
If a phone fails any of these, it does not ship. This is the difference between a graded supplier and a market stall: the checks happen before you pay and before the phone leaves the US.
How to choose between Grade A and Grade B
Pick based on budget and how much cosmetic wear you are comfortable with. Both grades are fully tested and work the same. Grade A costs a little more and looks close to new, so choose it if appearance matters to you or the phone is a gift. Grade B costs less and shows normal, honest use such as light marks, so choose it if you want the best value and you are not worried about small cosmetic signs. Whatever you choose, the IMEI is clean, iCloud and Activation Lock are removed, and the battery health is recorded.
What about battery health
Battery health is shown as a percentage on each product page. A higher percentage means the battery holds more charge. We record it so you are not guessing. If a phone arrives well below what we listed, that is a covered fault under returns and warranty.
Why grading matters more than a low price
On the street, “good condition” is whatever the seller says, and a low price often hides a swapped screen, a tired battery, or a phone that will lock later. A graded phone removes that guesswork. You know the cosmetic grade, you know the battery health, and you know the IMEI and iCloud status were checked before the phone shipped. Paying a fair price for a known phone beats paying a low price for an unknown one.
