1. Who we are. getusedphones.com is operated by VeendHQ Inc (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Delaware, USA. These terms govern your purchase of phones from our website.
2. The products. We sell US-refurbished iPhones graded A or B. These are refurbished phones, not new. They are tested for key functions and graded for cosmetics, and some units may contain non-original or aftermarket replacement parts. We check IMEI status and remove iCloud and Activation Lock before shipment. See Grading standards.
3. Price. Prices are shown in Nigerian naira and are for the device only. If you choose Veend Pay Later, your installment terms and any finance charges are set and shown by Veend at checkout, separately from the device price. Prices can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price for your order.
4. In stock and made to order. Some phones are in stock in Nigeria. Others are ordered from the United States after your order is approved. The product page shows which applies. The price is the same either way.
5. Your order and our acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it after your Veend Pay Later is approved. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a phone becomes unavailable or a price was clearly wrong), and if so you are not charged for the device.
6. Payment. Payment is handled by Veend Pay Later. We receive payment from Veend; you repay Veend directly under your agreement with them. We never see your full payment details.
7. Delivery. We ship from America through our logistics partner. Delivery usually takes 14 to 30 days from approval. Dates are estimates. You are responsible for giving a correct delivery address. See the Shipping Policy.
8. Title and risk. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the phone is delivered to you. Please inspect your phone on delivery.
9. Returns and warranty. Covered faults can be returned within the windows in our Returns and Warranty policy. You cover return shipping. We replace the phone or refund you through Veend.
10. Our promise and its limits. We promise what we verify: the phone powers on, the IMEI is clean, iCloud and Activation Lock are removed, battery health is recorded, and the cosmetic grade is accurate. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the device in that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
11. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for customers in Nigeria. We try to resolve complaints directly first; contact support@veendhq.com.
12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version at the time of your order applies to that order.
