This is the legal companion to Shipping from America.
1. Where we ship from. We source and verify phones in the United States and ship to Nigeria through our logistics partner.
2. Processing and time. We begin procurement once your Veend Pay Later is approved. Delivery usually takes 14 to 30 days from approval, depending on US procurement, export, customs, and last-mile delivery. Some phones are in stock in Nigeria for faster delivery. Times are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Tracking. After approval you get an email with a link to track your order, and you can opt in to browser updates.
4. Customs and duties. We handle US export and the import path. Any charges relevant to your order are reflected in the price you pay; we will tell you if anything else is required.
5. Risk and address accuracy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please give a complete, correct address and be reachable for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong addresses or by events outside our control.
6. Insurance. We insure shipments in transit. If a shipment is lost or damaged before delivery, contact support@veendhq.com and we will make it right.
